1 General Provisions

3 Age Limit and Eligibility Conditions

All services at ga 99 are only for those aged 21 or above. At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If it is later found that a user opened an account while under 21, that account will be cancelled and all related transactions will be considered void.

In addition, the following persons may not open an account at ga 99:

New members at ga 99 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That is, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 Other Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific conditions. The weekly reload reward, slots festival bonus, birthday special gift, refer-a-friend reward, and weekend cricket bonus — each offer has separate wagering requirements and claiming conditions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using any dishonest method to earn bonuses, or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited. If ga 99 detects such activity, it may cancel the relevant bonuses and winnings.

5.4 General Bonus Policy

Bonuses are not cash and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met. ga 99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6 Gaming Rules and Betting Conditions

6.1 Validity of Bets

Every bet placed at ga 99 will only be considered valid once a confirmation is received from the system. Bets that are not confirmed due to a disconnection or technical issue may be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, and other sporting events, the odds set by ga 99 will apply. If a match or event is cancelled, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

6.4 Dispute Resolution

7 Prohibited Activities

• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent behaviour

8 Account Suspension and Cancellation

8.1 ga 99's Authority

ga 99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account without providing a reason, especially if evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.

8.2 User-Initiated Closure Request

8.3 Inactive Accounts
